Wild-stock Smoked Coho are red-meated, less moist than Chinook, and full of flavor.  Serve our Hot Smoked Seafood as an appetizer or add to a spread, casserole, omelette, quiche, pasta or potato dish, salad, stir fry, or pizza.

Hot Smoked Seafood will keep two weeks under refrigeration and up to three months in a vacuum bag in the freezer.
